"My Taylor 414ce needed a neck reset and a set up. I called Taylor and ask who they could refer me to to do the work. They told me Chip was their Taylor certified luthier in my area. I took my guitar in and Chip explained what repairs my guitar needed. I picked it up yesterday and the guitar plays flawlessly. My guitar is a 2008 and I doubt it has ever in its life sounded as good as it does now.
