"The guy that runs this store (manager) he’s been working at Advanced Auto for very long time but I think it’s time for him to get a different career this manager has no customer service Very rude. wants to argue with the customer, certified mechanic. So, if you having a bad day, this Manager just makes things even better. Now I know why they have a Auto Zone and O’Reillys. Next door. Im already having a bad day for Manager to be telling me that we Indians. I don’t know if that’s customer service or Not. this manager has a lot of mouth.I purchased the battery on Friday because the one I had was over three years old. I drove the vehicle all weekend with the new battery. I went to work on Monday then on Tuesday the car didn’t wanna turn on. I told the manager that I’m stranded and that’s when he said that he doesn’t care that we are Indians. so I had to wait 45 minutes for them to charge the battery. It turned out to be a bad battery."
