"I used to have no issues with this pharmacy. Until last time when I received my medication and then physically handed them a copy of my prescription. They did not updated in their system and now claim I never provided and therefore I have no refills. I know for a fact that I did give it to them. However, instead of talking to me nicely to solve the issue the person in the phone decided to yell at me and continue to claim I never dropped it off in a lost defensive way. My response to them wasn’t nice either, so I’ll be honest with that. This was really bad customer service. I know they probably won’t miss my business as I won’t be returning to them but I still felt that i should review my encounter."

"Very nice people. They work for their customers. I called to ask what time they were closing, they said 15 minutes. I couldn't run or walk fast because my son couldn't breathe well. When I got there it was 2 minutes before closing and they were waiting for me with my son's medicine right at their counter. Not only that, they took their time with my transaction, no rushing. I am very happy. Update: So, I am updating this review. I have found that one of the pharmacists tends to take her anger out on the customer when she isn't feeling well or having a bad day. When you have questions or are confused about how the medication or prescription dispensing works, she gets defensive and even rude. She does apologize when she is wrong. It doesn't excuse her from her actions, whether she is right or wrong."
