"website is easy and user friendly... The issue is they charged my card twice I never received and confirmation and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL in the Orlando office. I'm on the verge of calling corporates at this point."
"Rude people not willing to deal with the customers. I try to order an ATF on their website and it was impossible. They point me to three different websites, I called to see if I can order on the phone and pick it up as the it was in offer, they told me they couldn’t that I would need to go there and pay regular price, no wonder why the people end up in Amazon"
"Absolutey outrageous!!! havent recived my part that I ordered 15 days ago would not recommend to anyone."
"If you need OEM parts, this is the place. Just remember to order it online and not while there and it is way cheaper in price. I ordered items, placed a not telling them not to ship them because I would pick them up. I received an email about 30 minutes later that my parts were ready for pickup. Fast and efficient and way less that ordering from my local dealership."
"I have ordered from Mopar One and been previously happy, but this time was awful. They shipped the parts to me via the United States Postal Service instead of one of the more common shipping companies like UPS or FedEx. The USPS says that my package was delivered, but we have not seen it. We've asked all our neighbors (we live in a very safe, low crime neighborhood) and it was not left at another house. I understand that this is the fault of USPS, but Mopar One selected that carrier and placed their trust in them to deliver their products to their valued customers. Therefore, if the carrier they chose fails to deliver on that promise, I believe it should be Mopar that files the claim with their carrier -- after all they are ones who have executed a shipping contract with them, not me -- and seeks reimbursement for the loss. I believe good customer service from Mopar would be to apologize for the lack of delivery on behalf of their contracted carrier (which they did not do when I called), and then take on the burden of filing the claim with USPS for the loss. Why should I, as the customer, have to go through all this trouble and the waiting period (it must be lost for 15 days before I can file a claim!) and be out of pocket almost $100 in parts that have never shown up. Now I am going through a harsh New England winter without the parts I need for my wiper arms and I am out of pocket the cash on top of it. I am afraid to order again from Mopar because I don't trust our local USPS carrier (clearly they did not do what they said they did) and if I ordered again, Mopar will just send my next shipment to me the same way. So disappointed. They can get reimbursed from USPS as a premium-valued business customer MUCH faster than I can as a consumer. They have a dedicated account rep for their volume of business, I do not. Unfortunately they've lost a customer in me, which is too bad because I love my 17-year old Jeep and I need a lot of parts. ***UPDATE to this REVIEW**** After complaining to the BBB, Mopar One contacted me and is resending the order to me. I changed my review to 3 stars. I appreciate them doing the right thing."
