"This company is the worst!!! I’ve been waiting since January 1st for my meds and yesterday 1/30 I was told they were delivered on 1/29. I checked my mailbox, storage locker and with my neighbors and received NOTHING. When I called to tell them that they ask me if I’m sure I didn’t receive it. If I received it would I be calling right now to say I didn’t. I have rheumatoid arthritis which is worse during the winter months. I’ve had three flare ups while waiting for this medication and my fourth has just started. They are unprofessional and told me I would be responsible for another copay and would lose one of my refills to get process again. I’m being penalized for something that is not my fault. You can’t speak with a manager because they don’t speak with patients. Managers only respond via email and how nice it must be to hide behind a computer screen while people are out here suffering because of your negligence and you leave your customer service representatives to deal with upset and pissed off patients. The whole healthcare in this country is horrible. As much as I pay I should be receiving Four Seasons service. This has left me hopeless and in pain. CVS pharmacy is NOT the worst. MagellanRx IS!!!!"
"Failed to actually deliver any of my meds - after three weeks waiting for shipping I was out of meds and needed my doc to send emergency RXs to a local pharmacy. Awful experience. Absolutely dangerous and negligent."
"They will not allow you to fill your prescriptions and then when you call their customer service, their automated system will ask you to press a number to say why you're calling, say it doesn't understand the number you pressed, and then hang up."
"Good luck getting a prescription filled. My physician called a prescription in two weeks ago. A week later I received a phone call from Magellan with an automated message saying more information was needed and was disconnected before I spoke to a representative, I returned the call and was disconnected again. I have repeatedly tried to log into the app with no success. It buffers after my login is entered. Two weeks later, I still don’t have my medication. This has happened on several occasions with other prescriptions. Hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with."
