"Walk into the store and immediately get ignored for a good 10 minutes even though there were 5 workers just sitting around doing nothing on their phones. They also have such a limited stock it’s not worth it. Go to the one on East Colonial much better."

"These guys are embarrassing. I know its hard to find employees right now but you would be better off closing your store on Sundays than wasting your labor for these guys. If I found out my employees were turning away customers they would be terminated on the spot. YOUR LOSING REVENUE!!!! I was in at 2:15 on Sunday 11/14/21 I called 3 other locations and the all said this location had the part I was looking for. I called and spoke to one of the guys there and even he said he had the part there. It took me 2 minutes to get there. I was the only one in the store at the time and I had to wait for them to finish playing on their phones for them to acknowledge me when they did they were extremely rude like I was interrupting them. It was too much for them to get up to go find the part so he told me they didn't have it. 2 minutes ago they said they had it. HOW MUCH REVENUE ARE YOU GUYS LOSING A DAY BECAUSE THESE GUYS ARE LAZY!?!?"
