"2 months ago I went to pawn my gold bracelet, they gave good money at an acceptable percentage, for that part everything was fine but when I went to pick it up, they gave me the bracelet all black, supposedly acid had fallen on the bracelet that was in a safe and should be safe away from chemicals and things like that, I think. The girl gives me the handle like this and tells me “please clean it”, I left the store and came back in, already a little more upset with the situation, and she tells me: “let me see what I can do for you” what kind of lack of respect... she tries to clean it and it doesn't take anything away, so I call another store and now I'm wasting more time of my life waiting for them to clean my handle than when I left it, it's in perfect condition, and it doesn't color Black."
