The picture and description appeared to be the correct part and since they asked for the VIN to be sure as it was a special order, I thought I was safe in ordering it. When I received it, I clearly saw the part was too narrow to fit the wider space. Since it was a special order, they will not let me return it for a refund. I feel they misled me by asking for the VIN number. I will never order anything from them again. Buyer beware!"

"I placed an order for $200+ worth of parts on a Monday, didn’t get a confirmation email until that Friday that they were going to START my order. I emailed the company and asked what the hang up was and I received a poorly written, excuse-ridden response several days later explaining to me that they needed 3-4 more business days to receive the parts from THEIR vendor. It’s been 2 weeks now (11 business days and 2 weekends) and Subaru Parts Superstore still has not shipped out my order. I would’ve just went through the dealership if I knew how poor their service would be. You’ve lost my business. Don’t order here unless you want to wait a month for your parts"

"I found the website easy to navigate to my required parts and found the diagrams especially helpful. I ordered 7 items, all of them clips for the grill of a 2002 Forester. 6 parts received were correct, the 7th they actually sent me 2 of, unfortunately they were not what I ordered. Rather than wait another week, I went to my local Subaru dealer on Santa Fe to their parts department, showed them the documents and parts. They had one clip left for the one I needed. He gave it to me free of charge and I have him the 2 interior trim clips i was shipped. Fortunately, this was just an annoyance, had I been rebuilding a transmission, this would have potentially been catastrophic."
