"I am so glad we found this company! Fadi was excellent to work with. We got the best price in town on our engine and everything went as planned. Great prices, quality products, excellent customer service!"
"Just got a used transmission from Frank. I can absolutely tell you that if I ever need anything else for my car I'll call Frank first. Great customer service and beat every other place by 200 dollars and 60000 miles."
"Frank Sakr is a total gem! Not only did I get a great price on a used transmission, Frank went above and beyond in every way to help me out when I had some problems with a shop that was supposed to install the transmission but did nothing. He even got my warranty extended to when my transmission was actually installed, instead of when it was ordered. He was empathetic to my financial situation and problems. He never minded the numerous calls I had to make to him. I never had a vendor who went so far out of the way to help me. I'd recommend ETA to anyone looking for a transmission or engine. Superb customer service before and after the sale! Can't say enough good things. Would definitely do business with them again, because of Frank."
"Frank was amazing! He made getting another engine for my car easy and painless. I’m so glad we found him. He even helped me find someone to do the service work."
"In October of 2020 I attempted to place an order for a completely remanufactured engine for my 2011 Ford pickup truck. I was contacted by Aaron Hill who sent me false quotes indicating the motor I needed was in stock. Afterwards he contacted me again and asked if I would be willing to send in my destroyed engine as the basis of a new one. He told me if I agreed core fees would be waived and I would be required to pay $100 to have my engine picked up. He assured me a company named AER manufacturing would handle my engine and that they were licensed by Ford to do so and I should have no worries. This was another falsehood though I did not know it yet. I paid ETA $4975 of my hard earned money and waited for my engine to return. Which was supposed to have an unlimited miles warranty for three years to cover parts AND labor. Unbeknownst to me ETA did not use the company they stated and instead used a company called Promar. Upon receiving the engine back I immediately had issues with its' operation. One cylinder did not have any compression. I raised the issue with ETA and they assured me about the warranty, I would simply be required to return the engine. Which of course incurred a high amount of labor to do. Also, coincidentally, Aaron Hill who was my point of contact no longer worked with ETA. Once Promar had my engine they did not honor the warranty and blamed the installation instead, leaving me with paying a reputable mechanic shop over $3000. ETA payed Promar to repair the engine once more due to me disputing the charge with my credit card company over the fraudulent practices. After dropping the dispute and getting the engine installed it was AGAIN having issues which made it unusable. The original failure point of my engine did not have a sealing head surface and was leaking coolant into the combustion area heavily. This prompted me to dissassemble my engine to discover Promar did not replace my ruined cylinder head. I paid over $1000 to replace that myself. Don't trust this company. Edit 7/12/2022 to respond to ETA's below reply: The "evidence" I was provided were close up images of a piston that had marks that easily could have come from a bent valve making contact with it. The supposed intake debris was conveniently gone. If you are an honorable company there is no reason whatsoever for me to have an entire engine removed and shipped back when it can be investigated by a neutral third party and repaired. Why on earth would I return the engine a second time when dishonest and shady practices costing me thousands were already demonstrated? It is not coincidence that the cylinder with the overwhelming head damage was the one being filled with coolant and not sealing. I have images of that taken with a bore camera by the way, and I also know for a fact the engine was not overheated to cause head gasket failure. Both the cylinder head and block were not warped at all, I measured that myself with a straight edge and feeler gauge. The right thing to do would be to issue me the refund I asked for as that is more than fair."
