"I have been coming to this pharmacy since May 2018, almost 5 years. I have NEVER experienced such a RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL person ever in my life. She used to be nice, helpful and calm. In the last 2 months she has yelled and screamed at not only me but my 2 sisters and my autistic daughter. She never calls when your meds are ready but watch out calling to check the status, she will let you know, in no uncertain terms to STOP CALLING. I don't know this person anymore and I cannot handle the stress and the worry every time my meds are due. Also, if you'd like a pharmacy with good hours, Fleming Island Pharmacy is not your place. She has arrived late or not at all without notice and she slips out early. Im done. I cannot handle the aggravation anymore. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy."

"My doctor sent in my prescriptions and when I called two weeks later to see if they were ready the pharmacist was extremely rude. She begin questioning me about why I was having it filled and said she can’t fill them because she can’t lose her license and she had a family to feed. I was completely shocked and asked her to please explain what she needed from me to have it filled. She told me to have my doctor call her. The drs office called the pharmacy with me on the line. When the dr explained, the pharmacist hung up on her! We called back and the pharmacist began getting upset again and asked for the drs license with today’s date on it. For context my doctor is listed on many verified sites and works for a large scale medical organization. The dr said she would not provide todays date because the only thing the pharmacist was allowed to ask for was a valid license, which she was happy to provide. The pharmacist began yelling and saying very nasty things and when the dr asked her to be professional she hung up on us again! When we called back, she immediately put us on hold without picking up the phone. I was in tears after this. I completely understand the importance of compliance and the dangers of substance abuse but in my case this is a life altering medicine that I cannot function without. For someone to hold their control and power over my head and imply things even with my doctor calling to square things out, it just felt awful."

"Super rude pharmacist, kept giving me the run around and trying to pressure me to buy the medicine without insurance. First impression of the physical location was also not good, she had papers scattered everywhere, rude in person, and small store front which felt like she bought a bunch of on sale items from GNC and is trying to resell them there. Definitely will NOT be back."

"My wife called to make sure a prescription would be ready and was told it would be. She arrived at close of business and they forgot to get it ready or did not have it. Pharmacist said it would be ready the next day. I called prior to making the 45 minute drive and was told it was ready. I let them know I was on my way. Walked up 5 minutes prior to closing time and the door was locked. I called their number and it went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. Very frustrating."

"The woman behind the counter was on the phone. While she looked at me several times in no way did she acknowledge that i was there. She made no jestures to let me know she would assist me when she was done. The conversation continued for over 6 min. I was not sure that i would ever be helped. I left and will not return. I am not sure if the actually serve customers there."
