Greenway Nissan of Jacksonville Parts

"Chuck/Service manger at Greenway Jacksonville called my loan company lied and reported my vehicle abandoned. Now I just received notification that my vehicle is up for private sale in 6 days. My car was there for brake caliber repair. My insurance company USAA said it was mechanical failure so I had it towed there. I was working with Chuck, my extended warranty (Asurion) and Hyundai Corporate trying to get me car fixed. All of which Chuck/Greenway Nissan was aware of. My Hyundai Corporate case manager has tried to contact them several times to get the matter resolved. Now I have to located my vehicle and figure something out because what is rightfully/legally mine has illegally been taken from me. Chuck/Greenway Nissan Jacksonville did not communicate that they wanted my vehicle removed from the premises. I believe this to a dirty deceitful action taken by this establishment displaying total lack of integrity and professionalism. As a veteran I do not recommend this business."

"Was there from 8am until almost 3pm for a oil change. They wasted my day. Not going back. Take 5 does it in 10 minutes."

"I had an appointment to test drive a specific car for two days. The appointment day and time was confirmed by email. I went there at my scheduled appointment time, which was at 7:00PM, in the rain, just to be told the car wasn’t at the lot and was located somewhere else. I was asked to do “paperwork” on the car and come back and test drive it the next day. I didn’t do any paperwork because it was going to be a cash transaction, but I did go back to test drive the car. Well, guess what? They didn’t even have the car at all!! It had been sold days/weeks before. Instead the manager tried to sell me something else. Bait and switch! Worst Nissan experience ever!!!"

"After you buy a brand new vehicle from greenway they forget about you. Service dept is the worst Scott should be leading people he is not qualified his team of techs tell him what they are going to do and not so. Do not go to greenway Nissan they do not respect customers"
