"The absolute worst pharmacy and practices. The doctor is nice and professional, however, when dealing with the pharmacy, it's nearly impossible to get out of. I have went almost a month without my medication because I switched due to release from their treatment program, and they hold my prescriptions hostage. No one answers the phone in the right department and I'm always being transferred to a new extension. So here we are going on two months and Walgreens can't fill prescriptions because they already done it for the second month, without remorse. They can easily see that I have not even picked up the prior prescription last month, and now the same delima this month. I need a lawyer or help me Howard."

"I guess the pharmacy staff is trained to: 1. not answer the phone. 2. Put you on hold immediately without saying anything. 3. Let you sit on hold forever and then disconnect. My first visit at the Cutler Bay office was great. Dr. Gregory was very professional and very personable. It went from great to horrible. I guess I’ll try again tomorrow and hope that someone can be so courteous to at least answer the phone."

"Instead i will be coming in person since they cant answer calls i wont be ignored then good luck i Can't even get in contact with pharmacy they immediately without two words answer the phone then put you back on hold they also tend to miraculously forget I get refills on my medication. They usually put you on hold for over 10-20 no one answers phones and they just transfer you around until you get tired of holding"

"I don't know who gave it 5 stars, I would give them to the psychiatry part to the general medicine clinic, not even one because I've been trying for 4 days to get my calls answered and what they do is pick me up if not fuwra for my doctor who is so beautiful person and great doctor got me out of there"
