Publix Pharmacy on N. University Dr.

"This is one of the worst Publix stores in the area. The service is terrible. If you ask for help they act like you are interrupting their social hour. This is not a one off experience. It seems to happen almost every visit. The service was the reason I pay more money to buy my groceries here. Not anymore."

"Don't expect good service. There is only one pharmacist that I would trust and she can't always be there. Since they closed the Ramblewood pharmacy service has declined. Also the Publix Pharmacy app has never worked like it supposed to. To top it all off, I complained and was told to go to another Pharmacy. I couldn't believe what I was hearing."

"Went over to this particular Publix Pharmacy because the location on 8160 Wiles Road was being remodeled. In the interim, this pharmacy went downhill rapidly when it seemed they hired new staff. Going above and beyond to help the customer is absent at this Publix Pharmacy. I’m happy that the Publix store (and pharmacy) located on 8160 Wiles Road is open again. Never EVER going back to this location (on University and Royal Palm) again."

"This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Two days in a row they made us wait for my (children’s) medication. The second day, they had it ready but I couldn’t buy it because the pharmacist was at lunch. The sign says lunch 2-2:30, apparently it’s wrong because I waited to enter the store at 2:30 and had to wait around until after 3:15 with a kid that didn’t feel good. The employee with the black eyeshadow was rude, she made it obvious she was taking her time because she heard me saying “they’re doing this on purpose”,she even said something to the customer behind me as I was walking away and they both looked at me and giggled. Not professional, they need to get it together, I’m still transferring to another pharmacy, I can’t keep stressing out like this. I checked my blood pressure while waiting, and it was through the roof, while I was at this pharmacy! Everyone in that line looked stressed and there was an issue with most of the customers orders. If only they cared about their customers...."

"The pharmacy is awful on hold for 20 minutes no response had to call store and ask if they would go over and tell them to answer their phones, after this refill DONE, this is not the first time I have experienced problems with pharmacy. I thought it would be convenient since I shop there WRONG! love the store would not recommend pharmacy. Day 2 have to add to this review I called today to see if my prescription was ready and the response was "we are out of it, on back order" wait what!?!?!?you didnt even call me, and I need it this weekend. Called Walgreens they had it, transferred it over"
