Walgreens Pharmacy

"This pharmacy does not answer the phone. You can call and call and call and they will pick up the phone and either hang up on you or just pick up and put you on hold and never come back. This has to be one of the worst pharmacies in the Aventura area. If i could.give zero starts I would really horrendous behavior. Take your business elsewhere because of God forbid you shoukd have a question about your medication or about anything for that matter it will simply go unanswered"

"Horrible, none of the workers want to be there. Even if you have an appointment it makes no difference in how long you wait."

"I believe that Walgreens systems are so antiquated. I feel bad for the employees here. They seem so overwhelmed- 100s of calls coming in, while trying to speak with a high volume of patients over the counter… It seems there are only two techs in that location, but they need more. Not only that, drug manufacturers are not shipping out enough stock so everythings on backorder and it upsets the patients. It’s not the pharmacist or pharmacy techs fault. They need the right resources (that Walgreens corporate is not providing) to keep up with the demand. They also need to update the systems!!"

"Avoid this store if you doesn't want to be treated like a thief, looks like in this store, one employee think the customers are delinquents, never in my 17 years living in this area been treated like that. 1 star cause zero its not an option, Just cross the street and go to CVS."

"Had a vaccine appointment. It took literally 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to finish their personal errands, not only on their phones but on their computer too, which they spoke about out loud, clearly and at length, to each other the whole time. Do not come here unless it is your only and last resort and even then think twice about it. Heck, think 100 times about it before deciding to come here. You've been warned. Save yourselves!"
