Reviews of Aloe Drug Mart
"Excellent customer service. You can ask anything and get an informed answer. Ade is the most caring pharmacist. He and his staff take extra time to get to know you and make you feel welcome. Would definitely recommend Aloe Drug Mart for all your pharmaceutical needs!"
"Incredibly rude and egoistic, on many occasions, but I tried to let it go. Pharmacist and owner, Ade, was going to help my medically fragile daughter get her medicine, until I mentioned that the doctor should have called in the prescription, then he felt offended and took it as a personal attack since he hadn’t been called or sent the RX. He asked if I was calling him a liar, and argued with me for 10 minutes straight, and then denied the prescription on that date, and told me to get the doctor on the line—on a Saturday. He was going to help me and told me how big of a favor it was, about how how little money he makes on all of my daughter’s medicines, and how much time it takes to compound the prescriptions. Then I again mentioned that the doctor told me he sent the RX and we need it, and BOOM... his incredibly fragile ego took over when I tried to repeat what I was advised. I tried to communicate to him that we were having a misunderstanding, but he kept screaming. He is a big man who has a need to act tough, and argue, argue, argue. If you bow before him, he may be merciful. I just explained the facts, but he didn’t believe me and picked a fight over the most trivial of details, and all because of his poor communication skills and aggression. I just wanted my daughter’s medicine; she’s medically fragile and needs it. Thanks, I hope you’re happy. You won, and my infant daughter lost. Unreliable and unprofessional to the max. I’m sorry for you and hope you can seek professional help, because you should treat people as you’d want them to treat you. And now you let us down for the third time and didn’t deliver or call... for days... this after a only few days previously delivering my daughter’s medicine to the WRONG address. We didn’t even know. And we are missing medicines. This seems like negligence and is incredibly unusual. You are supposed to be providing a service to the community. We are done with Aloe Drug Mart. UPDATE: pharmacist and owner, Ade, called me the same night I wrote this review, in the middle of the night, and threatened what he will do to me. I live with medically fragile daughter so Pembroke Pines police is now involved and a police report was generated. Unpredictable and potentially dangerous, Aloe Drug Mart is a place I will avoid for convenience and safety."
"If your looking for professionalism and good customer service then this is not the place. This is the most unprofessional pharmacist I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately, he's also the owner and has zero customer service. if he refrains from dealing with the customers then you will have a decent experience. They do not contact you immediatley when the Doctor calls in your prescription and when they do they are requesting payment upfront to fill the prescription. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I care about!!!"
"Aloe Pharmacy are a true professional. I find that promises are more important at times than your own doctor. It's important to have a pharmacist that you can speak to review your medications understand your medications and educate you on your medication. Aloe pharmacist has done that for me I highly recommend them for your fills."
"I have been getting my medicine from Aloe for years and they truly make me feel welcome. The owner and his staff are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this Pharmacy to everyone. I was having problems with my insurance needing Prior Authorizations and they toke care of it for me and even found a coupon to help me with my copays. Love this place if you want great expert friendly service come here"
