"The pharmacy is either short staffed or simply lacks customer service skills. You cannot reach them through the phone (called on 4 different occasions, days and times and never got through). They seem to ignore phone calls altogether as you can hear them pick up and put you right back on hold or they just let it ring until you get tired of waiting. I was on hold for almost an hour on 4 different occasions and they never answered."
"Awful customer service. The prescription was sent yesterday (05/15/2021) around 4pm to this pharmacy (they close at 6pm), the lady said that I have to wait an hour in a very rude manner, and as far as today (05/16/2021) my medicine is still not ready to pickup"
