I have called numerous times and spoken with management (Beatriz) in hopes of having the team at oem surplus update the arrival date of parts in opstrax, as it’s important for us to know when we will be receiving parts for vehicles we’re working on to keep production moving smoothly. I have been assured each time that this will be no problem. But it has never happened. No one replies to my messages in opstrax about getting a more accurate delivery date for ordered parts either. And when I call to inquire I am never asked for my po or order# in order to get an accurate date of arrival, the person just guesses about when I’ll get my parts. I am unable to count oem surplus and never know when to expect the parts I’ve ordered. Because of this I will be moving on to a different vendor."
