"I always thought that choosing a Volkswagen dealer service department for maintenance would definitely be more professional, serious and attentive than an outside car repair shop. But I was wrong! I was actually serious and attentive for what I thought was my professionalism. What I got in return was long waits and unprofessional service. I was here in August for an oil change, tire balancing and front and rear tire rotation. I just discovered this when I inflated the tires today. All four of my tires were scratched, I may want to check other areas. My car has always been maintained at a Volkswagen dealer. If anyone reads this review, please don't pay for your regrets.
