"I was a patient of Presciption Pad for over 15 years. When my Insurance changed I started using Med plaza, until my hours at work chamged. Leaving work daily at. 7pm and giving Medplaza's hours of operation, I had to switch to a 24 hr pharmacy. Most recently they had a back order of a narcotic pain medicine and after 4 to 5 days of waiting they suggested i use another pharmacy due to possible withdrawal. Prescription Pad gladly filled my script. However the problem was they didn't accept Humana Medicare, so they referred me to med-plaza. At Medplaza they refused to fill my order unless I transferred All my presriptions to them, and i have quite a few.I told them. I just need this emergency refill but they still refused. I told them Dr Chris Osborne would never do that, ever.They answered " it's at tbe Pharmacist's discretion. So he decided to put profit ahead of the patient's well being. Shame on Mr Rose."
