Date 1-11-2-24 Horrible customer service !!!! Paid for a 28" chain and received smaller one of 25" I wanted to exchange it, but they were going to charge me for the exchange. I would have to pay much more to exchange it. I decided to return it and they charged me a price of $130 to return it. This all occurred on the same day I went to pick it up. they did NOT take responsibility for their action, and all though it was clear they made a mistake, they did not own up to it. The receipt for the bought item said 28" and I was given 25" instead. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!! LIARS!!!! UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!"
