"“Fast and easy Covid drive thru testing“ I definitely learned my lesson , I set and appointment for today to take my Covid test because of many people at my job testing positive and I was told I have to come back the next day with an negative test or I can’t work and now I’m stuck with a sore throat I got two days ago. *appointment set * I get there for my appointment and I’m told “the person that does Covid testing has left and won’t be back for 4 days” and left it at that ! Customer service is very important to me and they lacked it a lot today ! As a person working in customer service it puts a customer at ease if their given options on what to do next after the inconvenience of it all.* no update on the computer * no update to the customers setting appointments online* *more then one certified tester?? (Would make sense if you offer Covid testing * )"
