"Terrible customer service. Pharmacy at Breckinridge pkwy ran out of meds due to bad financial decisions and had to delay therapy of hundreds of patients for MONTHS. Bad company is ram by bad leadership. Turns out using your employees to inflate your Google reviews is against the terms of service. Imma just report a few of these five star reviews which I know were placed by Benzer employees at the time."

"Not a good place to work for. The owner of the company essentially has an ‘inner circle’ which he allows to do anything. The pharmacy techs will work hard in the pharmacy while the owner allows his inner circle to get paid playing Counter Strike on company time."

"No STAR should be given! Horrendous service and very unprofessional. Charged a super high price, was misleading on the phone when the prescription was confirmed, NO emails what so ever to notify receipt of prescription, to confirm order, to notify when shipped, individual on phone behaved more like a doctor and was clearly not knowledgeable in the facts about the drug, they did not honor the legal prescription as the doctor wrote it, and refused to give me the name of the manager or allow me to speak with them regarding the mis-filling of my prescription. Unprofessional, incompetent, unethical - the worst."

"They aren't great..they called me and told me a prescription was ready and when I get there it's only partially ready so I felt that was waste of time and gas and also it still took forever for them to get it ready. And oh! If your wondering about the mixed reviews on here, everyone in the location was of some sort of Indian decent as if it's a family business... and that in itself is fine but look at the people who've left these "awesome reviews" and you decide for yourself.... just deceitful"
