"I had to pick up new medicine at the pharmacy. Fortunately I was treated by Nadar Girgis, the pharmacist at the time. He was actually very nice, courteous, and took the time to explain the new meds to me. He also gave me his business card in case I had any questions which I really appreciated that. The staff at the Walmart on Fletcher Pharmacy are very professional, greet you with a smile and help you as much as possible with whatever your needs are! Thanks for making me feel at ease."

"A lady by the Name of KIYANNAH wasted my time by telling me that my order will be ready in a 45 minutes on getting back found the pharmacy closed for lunch (that's no problem I understand) so I waited. As soon as they opened she tells me that she did not have my medication it must be ordered. I raised concerns, so she tells me to STEP Aside as she helps other customers. Half a day wasted on this not so well trained Lab tech common y'all WE ALL need to be past this!!!"

"If I could give it a 0 it would fit the service. The fact that they are rude and have no compassion towards the customers needs is completely unbearable. They never answer there phones when a question is needed. Half the time they aren't even at the pharmacy and this has to truly be changed. It unethical to treat people who have medical needs, this poorly!"

"Service is always slow. And when I called in to confirm the status of my refill, I needed to wait 2 min until the phone to be picked up and then set to on hold for another 10 min"

"I’m currently the first one in line. There are six people working. SIX. I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes now, still no service. All I get is “we’ll be with you in a minute”. Absolutely horrible. I will be moving my prescription for sure."
