"I had a bad experience with someone on the phone, unfortunately. I called in the morning to see if my prescription was ready since my doctor sent it the night before. I asked if my prescription was ready and the lady on the phone said “we don’t have your information” but didn’t even ask for my info after that so I just said “ok thank you”. I contacted my doctor and asked if he sent my prescription to the pharmacy and he said yes and that it should be ready. I called again and when the lady on the phone answered I said “hi my doctor said he sent over my prescription and I want to know if it is ready” and the lady on the phone said in a very rude tone “how would we have your prescription if we don’t have your information?”. I was taken aback because I of course was going to give her my information but she didn’t have to respond to me like that when I was just asking a question. I responded “well I can give you my name if that’s whats needed” and she said “hold on” I hung up after that because I felt like I was the problem and was wondering if I did anything wrong during the phone call. I chose this pharmacy because I saw all of the great reviews. Hopefully no one else has this experience and the lady on the phone was just having a bad day and isn’t like this regularly."
