Superior Care Pharmacy

"After having continuous frustrations with one of the big chain pharmacies, I decided to move a few of my family's prescriptions to Superior Care Pharmacy and give a smaller pharmacy a try and could not be happier. Mr. Sean is the most courteous and kind pharmacist I've found, and you can tell he cares about his customers and his business from the excellent and extremely fast service he provides. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of, answers any questions you have, and I've been able to get many of my prescriptions at much lower prices than the big chains offered. My family moved all our prescriptions over to Superior Care Pharmacy and have had zero problems since. Cannot recommend them enough."

"No stars, and if I could give minus stars I would. I was prescribed a medication I had never had before and my doctor said to get it at a certain pharmacy because it had to be compounded. I knew nothing about the pharmacy or the drug. The doctor said don't pay more than $25 for it. He said they would deliver it to me and I didn't need to do anything. This was a Tuesday morning. By Thursday afternoon I had heard nothing, so I called the doctor's office who told me it had been sent to the pharmacy Tuesday morning. They told me to contact the pharmacy. I called, and the pharmacist had no idea what I was calling about. He said he could have it ready tomorrow (Friday). He also told me it was $56, so I should have said forget it, but I didn't know where else to get it. I told him I wouldn't be around Friday and would pick it up Monday. I went on Monday, and it wasn't made up yet. I should have said forget it then, but I didn't. They did say they would deliver it later today, and finally at 5:40, nearly a week after the prescription was sent in, I got it and over double what it should cost. It should be $20 to $30 a month, and I paid $56 and waited a week. Internet research shows you can get triple the amount I got for $46. I found out this pharmacy is part of the Benzer chain, which seems to have a lot of legal issues. I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy or any pharmacy related to Benzer EVER. There are apparently plenty of compounding pharmacies. I really feel as if I was robbed, and believe me, I cannot afford $56 a month for this drug. Poor service, high prices. Total ripoff."
