"Absolutely horrible. I’ve left multiple messages over the course of 3 days and not one call back. I finally reached a woman with terrible customer service skills who tried to connect me with another department since she couldn’t help me. The call just rang and rang and never connected. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you have any choice whatsoever in infusion care. They simply do not care about their patients."
"More than 10 times dropped call to the pharmacy. And finally spoke to Ivan who had very poor customer service. Talking to this person will ruin your day. Never had this problem before when it was under Bioscript company where their employees are great, very helpful and extremely good with what they do. Now with Option Care everything is delayed and staffs are not helpful at all. Need to switch home infusion services to avoid more delays and frustrations.>"
"I received in-home infusions through Option Care from around 04/2017 until 01/2018. Every month was worse than the previous. Whichever courier they used generally tossed the box of medication and supplies on my porch without having me sign for it. I wasn’t sent enough supplies and had three separate nurses complain about having to use gloves or other items they brought with them. My first nurse was a very nice man who was friendly to my young son. After my loading doses, he began complaining that my sessions took too long and brought in a pump to control the speed (which is why I’d feel sick every time, as it turns out.) Eventually he began leaving the house while I was hooked up to the IV. Usually he’d be outside in his car, but once he left and brought back fast food to eat. The next nurse came in and told me that the first guy had quit suddenly; then she spent every visit telling me what he’d done wrong with other patients. He’d apparently stolen the pump and shouldn’t have brought it. I also got to hear all the office drama. Who wants to spend an hour on an IV having to hear about the stupidity of whomever was in charge of scheduling? She was nasty about my cats (who never got near her) and my kids. Since discontinuing the infusions and moving, I occasionally get bills for varying-thousands-of-dollars that I am 100% sure I don’t owe. I don’t know if Option Care was my doctor’s choice or my insurance’s or what, but I’d suggest looking into any other possible home health service first."
