"It's always the same issue with this particular Walgreens Pharmacy. I am told over the phone that my prescriptions are ready and waiting to be picked up. I'm not sure if it's lack of communication or poor leadership, possibly both. But every time I come in to pick up my prescriptions I'm told I have to wait 2 or 3 days. The pharmacist seems to enjoy belittling me in front of customers and I feel very uncomfortable. I don't understand why on one side I'm told everything is ready and then something completely different once there."
