"The customer services is good, but the shipping process it’s not the best, maybe them choosing the cheaper and hard way to do it. I got to wait almost three weeks to received the item. Never get the tracking number, never received a following call to update the status of my item. Always have to call first. Unfortunately this not was the best experience to me.
