Is it not the job of the pharmacist to talk to the customer about the meds that they are going to take? I will let everyone decide for themselves if this was appropriate behavior."

"Pharmacy is disorganized. Pharmacist did not change gloves/sanitize hands/wash hands before or after administering flu vaccines No clear lines. Only two seats for customers to sit. Staff seems frazzled and overwhelmed. Assistant manager was present, but my perception is that she could not keep up with the volume. Waited approximately 30 minutes for a flu shot, then left when I was told “sorry I have to fill scripts” Recommendations: Use google analytics and avoid the pharmacy during “peak” hours. Otherwise, utilize a competitor. *I have never left a negative review on Google before. I prefer direct contact with suggestions, but I was not able to find a way to talk/email the manager directly."
