"Horrible customer service. Deliver super late at night, treat the elderly horribly and are rude beyond belief. They get deliveries wrong and when you change pharmacies they call and harass you. Throwing supposed "discounts" in your face and will even make your elderly parents cry. My mother's doctor's office has taken them off their preferred pharmacy lists. They send medicine without permission and ask for cash upon delivery. Who wants their mom who is living on her own answering the door at 10 pm and have to dig out money to pay a stranger for medicine they didn't order because they feel pressured by the delivery Person?"
