"Original with 3 stars "How do I even call a Pharmacist if they never pick up the phone?" Rapid response online and indeed, I was able to speak to someone right away! With my earlier attempts, I was entering the Rx # and the message stated that I needed to speak to a Pharmacist. Then I would be on hold non stop. When calling again and selecting the "Talk to a Pharmacist" option, the call was answered rapidly. So, Option #1 needs to be fixed."

"The lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and the lack of basic effort is horrendous with this company. They have one employee whom I had spoken with that truly went above and beyond to help me work through initial benefits issues, hence the only reason they earned my continual business. The other two in addition to the Pharmacist are only concerned with the money in their pocket. The information showing in their system was inaccurate according to my RX benefits copay plan AND a manufacturing coupon based on two phone calls I personally had to make as one EE said, "I don't know what you want me to tell you, go ahead and transfer the RX". After I was persistent in doing their job like every other pharmacy does (verify benefits and ensure the MFG coupons are working correctly) and escalating to the Pharmacist (as this was the second unacceptable encounter with the female EE and now with a male EE) he rudely responded to my question as to the cost of the medicine without insurance so I can ensure the MFG coupon was being applied accurately as was my copay. You would have thought I asked him for extremely sensitive information as his response and tone was unacceptable. This company is new in business as of 2021 coupled with a new Pharmacy license, yet continue to provide less than favorable, entitled service to your customers by enabling poor behavior with your employees and condescending responses and your duration in business will be short lived. You can not expect to treat those who make it possible to keep your organization running as if your customers are nugatory. Extremely sad!"
