"Crooks. They keep charging my 90 year old grandmother with dementia $250 per month for services we don't have them provide. Then they refuse to speak to us when called, regardless of power of attorney. They say the fee is because we have "used another source for her medication". So she's charged for NOT using their service. Horrendous and shameful. I'd give negative stars if I could."
