The Lady in at the front desk is a sweetheart believe her name is Erica, she will try her best to help you.. I've also had the pleasure to work with Brian, Jose and Apollo always has given me nothing but professional service and if a problem occur management will go out there way to help just ask for Bruce or Jill."

"Imagine a parts store that “sells parts” but they dont wanna sell them to you. These people are very incompetent, called 8 times to try to purchase a fender which they said they have but everytime i was either hung up on or some Sort of bull happen. Take your business somewhere else if possible, im using them as a last resort from now on."

"Customer service is very lacking, took almost 20 minutes in person to get a part that has been “ready for pickup”. Not enough communication from the staff and employees walking past numerous times without asking if I’ve been helped. Don’t spend your money here they will make you wait, and from standing in line for 20 minutes the majority of the people in line were not happy with service. Go elsewhere until they can get better management."

"I went in...they moved. I found the building even though the address isn't on the building that I saw. Had to ask if I was in the right place. I ordered a chrome window switch. Paid for it. Had to drive back to where the original place was. Was given the wrong switch. Had to drive back to where I paid. Asked for a refund , and on the receipt....... They put "customer ordered the wrong part". How can I order a chrome window switch...be given a window switch without chrome.....and IT'S MY FAULT...."
