"Rude. Not helpful. I felt like an inconvenience. I needed a battery checked. I was never asked for my name, not given a receipt nothing. Didn't even take the battery to the charger until after I left. Never called . Came back 24 hours later for a 2 hr charge. WS told it wouldn't charge. Ieft and took my battery to another parts store in town and battery chrged ."

"I have never used this store before today, I am a senior citizen, a lady, and alone and I had a dead battery.. I had someone jump start it for me and I took it to AutoZone. They took the battery out of my car and put a new battery in my car free of charge. It was 90° out and Amii was absolutely amazing. She was so kind to me and worked so hard to change the battery in a 2017 Ford escape. (Not an easy Job) She was very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and attentive to my needs. From now on anything I need for my automobile will come from AutoZone. The nicest people there I have ever met. Especially Amii.. Thank you again Amii for going above and beyond your job... Crescent City Auto zone is top of the line.."
