RiteMed Pharmacy

"I had my doctor send my prescription to this pharmacy because it is close to my home. I asked the clerk was my prescription there and gave him my information. He said no. Unfortunately, my doctor had sent it to the RiteMed store on Michigan Avenue in Kissimmee so I had her transfer it back to this RiteMed on Cypress Parkway in Poinciana. When I went back into the store to get it after talking with my doctor the pharmacist asked the clerk had I been there before or had other prescriptions filled there because of the medication type and he told her no. She then came out from the back and looked me up and down and went back to the back area and told him to tell me that she didn’t have the medication that I wanted. I had waited an hour and a half for the transfer. These people were very nasty to me and I believe that they are racist as well. They didn’t offer to check another store or order it for me or anything. It was obvious that they didn’t want to serve me. Being black American, me and my family have been treated very nasty by the Hispanic and white community in Poinciana, Fl. since moving there several months ago. It’s very sad and disappointing."

"I'm worried for health. I had a thyroidectomy 1 month ago. I requested refills for my thyroid medication a few days ago. On Friday I called RiteMed & was told they will deliver them on Monday. But I didn't get them. I chose RiteMed because of the delivery services they offer. I appreciate it bcuz I don't have a car & I take the bus to & from work. I don't have enough travel time to make it to the pharmacy and they closed on weekends. Please if you get this message on time. Search my name. Call me. It's been 2 days since I taken my meds.i been trying to call and no answer. Help"
