I've been in there several times to buy parts everything from my boat to my vet to my motor home and IA voice remand I have always received great service.. I believe the lady that owns the establishment Name is June. If you're heading toward the land from Orange City it will be on your right hand side just be sure to use caution when pulling into the driveway because the parking spot is very small and it goes down a rather steep hill/driveway. If there is something old that you are looking for that other places may not have in stock you may just have it if not she can order it her prices are fair and I enjoy supporting a mom and pop type of business rather than the big Box stores..
