"Went to the store after confirming on the phone with an O'Reilly employee that my car battery would be changed under warranty even though the warranty would expire on this Month, I was told to go to the store and that my car battery would be exchanged using the warranty. They verified over the phone all my original purchase of the car battery and I was told to go to the store nearest me that I would be taken care of. Once I got to the store, the manager Tony Medina declined to do the exchange. I'm extremely disappointed specifically with the store manager Tony Medina because of his lack of care attitude towards customers. Mr Tony Medina made no attempt to assist me once he was informed that the warranty had expired less than 10 days ago. He made no attempt to give me any solutions, or options he didn't even talk to me regarding the situation. This is very unfortunate that there are managers or people like this in leadership positions. I know for a fact that this is Not how O'Reilly wants their customers treated."
