"I'm not a car guy. While I can change the fluids, replace a headlamp, or swap out a tire, I generally choose not to do so. After all, someone has to provide the money to feed a mechanic's family, right?! But, on those occasions when I do actually tinker with my transport, this AutoZone in Fern Park is where I go--for parts & accessories, friendly advice & knowledgeable recommendations, and even the free loan of misc. tool(s) I need for a one-time maintenance or repair task. The folks here are always willing to help determine what it is I need to eliminate that "strange sound" or "weird wobble" and don't even snicker at my lack of automotive acumen. (Or, they're at least kind enough to wait until I leave the store before breaking out in laughter!) If they don't have in stock what you need, they'll gladly order it for you; if you can't find the "whit widget" on their shelves, they'll track it down. Good service, fair prices, conveniently located--and definitely recommended by this auto novice. Oh, and they are handicap accessible with ample off-street parking."

"2 Stars because the people I picked up the loan a tool from were attentive, otherwise this store could care less about the customer. When I returned the tool, I asked to purchase another specialty tool for a Toyota Tundra oil filter. The employees were wrapped up in their discussion of video games and didn't take the time to look up the part number. They pointed to aisle 1 and said look there. After looking, I asked the employee to assist and acting put out, he walked over and said that is all we have. I went out to my car and looked up the part number on my phone before returning to the store and asking the employee for availability of the item. Again, all I heard was if it isn't on the shelf, we don't have it. When I asked to speak with a manager, the employee turned his back on me and walked away. I ultimately spoke briefly with the manager to point out the rudeness of the employee. I doubt I will be returning to this store again. Suggest the store in Altamonte for better customer service."

"I have been a loyal customer for years, and Lord knows spent Quite a bit of money in this place.. Throughout this time, they're been many changes in staff and with that The efficiency of the retail unit and the store in general. Throughout the years, There has been. some very bright stars as well as some disappointments.. My visit the other day was a little disappointing. Considering the amount of time, it took to check out.. There has to be a fine balance between time Spent with the customer handling business and The Times spent talking about this in that While others are in the line waiting... I don't have a problem with chit-chat as I like to do it as well. But yesterday I was in a hurry and needed to get In-N-Out... But in the end no harm no foul and I appreciate what they do.. Just make sure you always double check your parts.."
