"UPDATE 3/16/2022: ARP is refusing to answer any of my calls or texts about a refund. They are trying to get me to stop bothering them about this. Someone from this company needs to contact me ASAP. It’s insane that they would let their reps promise someone a refund and then never process it!?!?!? That is a bait and switch scam if I’ve ever seen one. You sold me a junk transmission that has to be replaced. How is a defective transmission an A+ quality used part???? This company is going to be getting sued by many consumers and the FMCSA. I have filed every report possible DONT BUY FROM Auto Recycle Professionals UNLESS YOU HAVE 3+ months to wait for your parts. ARP told me they were giving me a full refund on my 2000 Toyota Tundra transmission. It has been 8 months since I was promised a refund. I called in and was told I’m not getting a refund anymore? What kind of business are they running????? I am contacting the BBB and reporting this. How can you resolve an issue with a customer and never follow through with the resolution?"

"Never do busniess with these people they will sell you a lemon. Put the motor they gave me in . It was a bad motor made every part go on my car. Let them them had to have hyudaui dealer ship go after them they still wouldnt budge so now in order for me to get a refund they expect me to pay for the labor to take there lemon out of my car. Im calling the business bearue on them . After all that I told them I would give them the lemon if they gave me back my motor first which now there are also not doing. Edward the manager is a joke and was swearing at me very very unprofessional and they are scam artists and are out to take ur money there policies are a joke. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM"

"Worst experience ever bought a dud motor from them they now will not answer or refund even though it’s a lemon law I’m contacting a lawyer. Sense there engine. I’ve replace the camshaft o2 censor fuel pump spark plugs cat covertly. Rear main seal hoses radiator cap new oil pan. I’m sorry this is not what u expect to do after getting a new motor. And it’a still knocking engine light is on again for something else as well a oil light. Don’t do business with them."

"Auto Recycle Professionals in Florida purchased a 05 Toyota Tundra engine from my business here in Michigan. Engine was purchased to be blind shipped directly to their customer in Mississippi (Read their other review..says they don't blind ship but yet here they did). They wanted a refund for the engine due to the exterior being rusty which is expected on any 15 year old engine with 169,000 miles. Exterior rust is not covered under our warranty but they assumed it would be. Every reputable yard knows warranties do not cover exterior rust and and general wear out items such as valve cover gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, tune ups, etc. Warranties only cover major internal performance wear out items. They went through and did a lot of work (some necessary and some not) to the engine and expected a refund from us on those repairs without authorizing those repairs with us prior. I'm assuming their customer was not happy with the product because they were promised a nice, low mileage, clean engine and in result got a 15 year old engine with 169,000 miles. Photos were sent and the engine pictured did not look to be ours with zero paint markings indicating it was ours. Much skepticism in doing business with Auto Recycler Professionals after all this."
