Usually have a good experience here but literally had to drive to another Guitar Center just to make a simple return. They gave me no hassle. Won't be back to this location so I don't have to deal with strife, insult, and that smug ponytail."

"I have been a musician since 1977 and have been making purchases continually, dealing with plenty of musical centers and websites. All the other musical companies I've dealt with do not compare to the ultimate customer service that I get from Guitar Center Coconut Creek. Special thanks to the management, Aaron, and Adam, along with their coworkers, have the utmost knowledge and care for my needs. If you have not had a chance to visit this location, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again for your help and respect for my musical needs."

"Ordered a $2000 studio interface online from this store. It was packaged by someone with a severe brain injury, apparently. Damaged upon arrival as a result. 4 customer service reps left the chat before getting one who allowed me to email him pics. He then gave me this store's info as the seller and said they'd contact me. I followed up every day after for a week. Neither the store, nor the rep responded. Finally heard from the rep yesterday. He offered to exchanged the unit and asked for he photo evidence again. Then he offered me $200 to keep the unit. Estimate to repair the unit according to the manufactures website exceed this by a lot. I declined and asked for a replacement. He then asked me to get a quote to repair the unit. I told him to do it or refund me. He said they would take up to two weeks to refund me or I could return it to local guitar center. Our local guitar center is apparently as ridiculous as this location as they are open 9-5 m-f and closed Saturdays and Sunday. Because that definitely when musicians shop at a guitar center. It's truly no wonder this whole company is a failure. Studio and large production company owner here. Total receipts for guitar center are in the tens of thousands over the years. They'll never get another dime. And this store gets a 1 star review for packaging this unit like an idiot and never contacting me to resolve it. lame."

"I’m happy that a Guitar Center is here. Of course it’s a chain, but it’s one of the better guys around. The staff members try their best to be knowledgeable although sometimes it doesn’t work out. They’re happy to demo their products so you can get hands on knowledge. And you can sign up for lessons and teaching."
