I was in need of some pins to repair a panel around a wheel rim as a result of a less than professional repair job. I was told by O'Reilly's in Dunnellon that I should be able to get the pins at KNA. Not only did KNA have them but Bob and Wayne came out and installed them for me, and then charged me nothing. Thanks Bob and Wayne. You guys made my day!"

"I received a cold call from a sales rep that I have a very good relationship with from a previous vendor I was using. I was told that they are now at this company and that I should give this new product a try. I of course listened to the benefits and they all sounded like they would work for me and as a purchasing manager it lined up with what i needed to supply our facility and to make sure that we would benefit from it. Granted the price was a little higher but I was getting quadruple the amount of material than before and I was getting next day delivery for free... Once the order processed, it was delivered 2 days after (Due to the holiday) The owner himself delivered it to us. I can honestly say that is the first time I have seen that from a larger company, especially one that is 2 hours away from my location. Mr. Kitt was very knowledgeable about the product and as I walked him and the sales rep around for a mini tour of our facility and mentioned what we did in the areas, he would reply with what the rag can do for us and how to make it better suited than the knit t-shirt rags we were using. We concluded the tour and went back to unload the order and he handed me 3 boxes at one time and proceeded to tell me that it was 75 lbs of rags in the 3 boxes, it felt like 10 lbs I was holding. I would truly recommend you check them out and see if they are able to help out with any of your needs.. Who knows you may even get a surprise visit from the owner. This to me is an ideal company based off of the american dream and I can see them staying in business for many years. I really appreciate you all taking time out of your day to visit us and make that delivery, as well as looking at our product that we manufacture here in Tampa. "I have to tell you I’m the parts manager at Lakeland dodge we signed up with this company and they have gone above and beyond to take care of us. Today they did our install and the owner and his staff are very professional and are the nicest people you will ever deal with. Our display area looks amazing we sold more stuff in 5 hours than we have moved in months.
