"As a clinician and patient using this pharmacy I feel they do a great job. I find their quality and consistency of their products excellent. I have no concerns about using their medications and have been a client/customer for many, many years. Historically turn around times from receiving an order to them shipping has been great. The last year has been hard on all compounding pharmacies and Wells has been equal or better than others I have used during the same time period. I recommend this pharmacy emphatically."
"Thes people went from 5 star pharmacy to not one 1star in 3 yeas. they were an excellent Pharmacy and got right on the business and got your prescription out in record time for a mail order. I now have a prescription in there that’s been in there for a month and they’ve lied to me three different times on the phone I still don’t have the prescription still don’t know when they’re gonna make it. They’ve told me they were going to contact me. They told me they were going to contact my doctor. They’ve told me everything but the truth. I’ve been getting a prescription through them for six or seven years now maybe longer twice a year and it always been great but now, for some reason they seemed not want to do their job and get paid twice. Definitely if you can get a prescription other than with them, I would be doing that."
"TLDR: takes 3-4 weeks to ship, arrives hot, no communication without hounding them, insinuates that it’s the patients fault the medication arrives hot. Turn around time is absurd. Your doctor has to order your medication, the to have your next month’s prescription you will need to have it ordered about a week after receiving your first month. They say they ship the medication cold and overnight however my last TWO shipments have been delivered above safe temperatures for my medication. They are supposed to replace it yet again however they haven’t yet. They’ve told my doctor that I will be responsible for paying for a new shipment if this one arrives (whenever that may be). Because of their errors I am now having to restart the medication, which entails enduring miserable side effects for weeks. The fact that the medication has arrived hot multiple times is unacceptable, “rushing” an order and insinuating that because the pharmacy has made multiple errors I will be on the hook for the next shipment if it’s received hot it insulting and horrible customer service."
"I am deeply disappointed with the abysmal experience I had with Wells RX Pharmacy. Their customer service was shockingly poor, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. The staff's incompetence was glaringly evident as they consistently mishandled my prescriptions, leading to frustrating delays that adversely affected my health and well-being. To make matters worse, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff, which left me feeling disrespected and unheard. It's truly disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customers' needs and basic standards of service. My experience with Wells RX Pharmacy has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly caution others to seek alternative options for their pharmaceutical needs. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is utterly unacceptable."
"Even giving this pharmacy a rating of one star is being generous. I have been giving them chance after chance to improve their prescription turn around time and customer service, and they continue to flunk the test every single time. They used to have outstanding customer service...but something has definitely changed for the worse over the past year. Nobody ever answers the phone, they don't return messages left on the machine, and it is taking almost one month to get prescriptions to my patients. The most recent prescriptions I sent were over THREE WEEKS ago, and I just now received an e-mail notification that they had a question about one of the prescriptions. This is despite both my staff and the patient calling them on a daily basis to inquire about the status of the prescriptions. As a physician who has been working with compounding pharmacies for nearly 30 years, this pharmacy is by far the absolute worst to deal with in every respect. Unless they can rectify their situation quickly, I will be sending all of my patients' prescriptions elsewhere moving forward."
