Walmart Pharmacy

"Moved from Alabama to Florida and was having trouble finding a provider accepting patients near me, so I traveled back up to AL for a telehealth appointment and had my prescription sent to this pharmacy so I could pick it up without traveling all the way to Birmingham. Was told they couldn't fill it, cited "crazy rules". Didn't attempt to help me further."

"Terrible customer service. Very unfriendly staff. If they make a mistake they will tell you it’s the doctor’s fault then the doctor will tell you it’s Walmart pharmacy’s fault. Then who suffers, the customer that needs their meds. Walmart you need to hire tech’s that like their job and not just their paycheck.For all those Geneva people using Walmart Pharmacy, read the reviews. Every negative review says something different by different people and I experience every negative review on Wednesday by the Pharmacist and the girl that doesn’t make eye contact with you. They have a 2.8 star’s out of 5. Seriously Walmart, obviously there’s a problem with at least 2 pharmacy employees per reviews. You 2 need to change your attitude’s or quit."

"It's not exactly what was said, it was how it was said. While shopping for vitamins today during my lunch break, I over heard one of the pharmacy employees speaking horribly to a customer. Seemed to be a simple misunderstanding, she rudely told the customer to come back at another time, instead of politely asking the customer to return at a later time once everything was fixed. Seems like that situation could have been handled differently much more professionally. (Sorry somethings going on with whatever, would you like to wait while we fix the issue or I could personally call and let you know when the issue is resolved.)"

"Very unfriendly staff. Act like they are doing you a favor. Not helpful. The lady that usually takes in the prescriptions​ won't even make eye contact with you. She is very unfriendly. Even a girl I know that works there acts as if she is totally miserable being there."
