"Despite some of the negative reviews that I read, I decided to give Toyota of FWB a chance because they had the EXACT truck I was looking for. Immediately, I was greeted by a sales rep named Adam and was treated very kindly. I got right in, no wait and took me exactly to what I wanted to see. No swooning tricks or any of that nonsense. I cannot say enough good things about my sales rep Adam. He was so patient with me. Made sure he had the truck looked at by a service tech before they headed out for the day. And we also drove 2 other trucks too, so I could compare the ride. There was no rushing. I did not feel pressured. I felt catered to actually. He also went to bat for me to try and get the most for my trade. The finance process was also very smooth. Everyone was super nice. I give them 5 stars. Compared to dealerships in Panama City, I liked this experience the most by far. You guys will definitely have my business again! And thank you ADAM!!"
