"There are a variety of problems with this facility. A few of the larger ones: slow speed of service, poor customer service, lack of efficiency, poor leadership, and complacent medical diagnoses. Prepare yourself for a frustrating time."

"The Satellite pharmacy was out of fenofibrate which was called in well over a week ago and others that were called in were filled on 12/3. The man servicing the outside pickup window told me that if I were low I could go over to the main Hospital and see if they had any. Why should I have to do that? Do these two pharmacies work independent of each other or are they under the same command? I would think the person filling the prescription would have called them on 12/3 to see if they had any instead of waiting for me to pick up on 12/7 and then tell me I could go over to the main hospital. This is terrible customer service."

"The Naval Pharmacy Pensacola does an amazing job. When you think about the community it services, it must be a battle to meet the demand. It just wish there was a simpler way to activate a new prescription. Most of the time I just go to the counter to activate a new prescription whereas calling in to activate it is a "hit and miss" affair. Other than that, I am grateful they exist and really give me peace of mind in so many wonderful ways."

"Urgent Care at Naval Hospital is just a new name for Emergency Room or ER. This new generation seem to want to get rid of everything from the past. What is it in changing a name and rendering the same service? The Naval Hospital Pensacola is the only place that still require everyone to wear a mask and practice social distancing. It is as though they never got the news that no one is wearing masks, no one, stores included, require the wearing of mask or social distancing. I wanted to say, "Hey everyone, mask are no longer required." But I kept quiet because they look for things or reasons to deny service. I have cosmetic burn marks on my face and a birth mark on my neck. The young girl thought I had a strange disease. They test everyone, I think, or me, each time for COVID. It is always negative. I take a zinc every day which helps your immune system. I have not had the flu or a cold in over 15 years. I go to the Urgent Care because it is easier than making an appointment with the doctor."
