"I was not called when my medication was filled and shipped and they charged my card for $60 without one word to me. It's been very hot out and I just never knew my med was shipped so it's been sitting in my mailbox because I didn't know to look. I am a pharmacy tech so I assumed I would be contacted before my card was run since I never gave them permission to keep my card on file and in my experience you do call before charging someone's card because you don't know their circumstances. Thankfully it didn't create any issues, but that is not the point. The tech who answered the phone also couldn't be bothered to say a simple thing like have a good day at the end of the call which is a small thing but very telling because it is the lowest rung of customer service that a person has to meet. The staff have seemed nice over the phone, but I'm very disappointed and disconcerted at how this was handled."

"My experience was terrible! I didnt know a pharmacy could treat a patient so bad. Im not one to talk bad towards another establishment, but heaven help the employees at this establishment an it needs to be addressed. I never knew discrimination to this magnitude til today. The employees are not knowledgeable on meds they have, or meds patient needs. There was lack of respect shown for bein a patient to say the least. The pharmacist was very rude an condescending towards me. I was treated/spoken to so terrible to the point I cried this happened to me due to the medication that was prescribed. It's sad this is what things have come to where you get judged, treated poorly, or even told they won't fill the meds. I will be in touch with medical board along with some other agencies that take care of matters such as this. I called my Dr hes taking meassures now. This will never happen to another person in our town or anywhere else again i can promise that! My family won't be goin back an I'm sure some in our community won't either after this. I do intend to put this story on every platform an get it out there as much as I can because I want people to know this is not acceptable or ok."

Being a locally-owned pharmacy means they are much easier to deal with than any of the chain pharmacies and without the long lines. Their phone system for reordering is very easy too. I highly recommend them!"
