"If I could give a zero, I would. We moved here in June, and started out using them. EVERY SINGLE time we filled a prescription, they mishandled our insurance, resulting in hours of phone calls with them, our former insurance, our current insurance. Total frustration. The level of incompetence at this location is staggering. On top of that, several of the people working there are rude, and that is an understatement. I’ve moved my business to another pharmacy, which will also keep me from picking up any groceries at Publix."
"This pharmacy has really went downhill in the last year. There is a particular woman who works during the day there that is insanely rude. All my bad encounters have been with her. There have been times I’ve called my prescriptions in to later find out she never actually began filling them, another time she told me they were out of a prescription and later that day I went inside and spoke with a man at the pharmacy. He informed me they did have the medication and he had it filled within the hour. I mean is this woman just not doing her job or is she lazy? I had no issues with this pharmacy until I started to have to deal with her."
"Prepaid for multiple RX's to be picked up in drive thru. Picked them up later realized I was missing one. To begin with the gentleman was VERY rude who helped me and then when I called to explain everything was made to feel that I must have received because they couldn't locate and that I didn't pay for it. The app clearly shows where it was paid for! The girl was not friendly at all and hung up on me without saying goodbye. I understand they more than likely have a higher volume of customers due to the holiday but this is no excuse. I will pickup my RX that I never received AND paid for but will be transferring ALL my items somewhere else although it will not be as convenient but id rather drive further to be treated decently. I've worked in customer service and healthcare and couldn't imagine making someone feel the way I was made to feel. If you don't like your job then get another one where you aren't dealing with the public."
"The pharmacy has gotten worse and worse. If you're waiting on a prescription and you really need it, they won't let you know why it can't be filled. Walgreens isn't easy to deal with but at least their app will tell you. The employees are rude so good luck going in to pick up your prescription. They'll have 6 employees behind the counter and not one of them will have any customer service skills."
"I normally do not do reviews, but I feel like this had to be shared. I went to the urgent care near Publix, so I figured I would just use the Publix pharmacy for the first time for my prescription! I love Publix. Everyone is so friendly, but their pharmacy is another story. I was contagious, so I didn’t want to go inside. So, I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes. I wasn’t sure how long I should wait, so I called them to check how long it would be. The younger lady that answered seemed very annoyed that I was calling to ask. But, I brushed it off because I figured maybe they were busy! She probably has answered “when will my prescription be ready” 100 times. I pulled up, there wasn’t a single car in line! Which I loved! I was greeted by an older woman (different than the lady that answered the phone). I instantly thought, “well , this is good, I don’t have the other lady that sounded annoyed on the phone.” I was greeted and I said “hi, I’m here to pick up my prescription.” She rolled her eyes and basically gave me a look like “and???.” I have never felt so belittled by one look. It was very rude. Also, I was charged twice for the prescription. The manager asked her if she already charged my credit card and she said no, so the lady ran it again. I got home and found two different receipts. So, now I have to go back up there and deal with the rudeness to get my money back. I’m writing this to say, Publix, you can do better."
