"Hello I’ve been calling this unit for the last 15 to 20 minutes and I’ve been put on hold. You can clearly hear someone picked up the line put you back on hold and then eventually hang up on you they have done it twice so I’m guessing I’m gonna call back. Very unprofessional"

"I went Friday feb. 03 at around 8:40am and akeema was the employee that came to help us. To start off she didn’t even greet us, she just stuck her hand out for my ID, she also pretty much threw the documents at us. At first I thought it was just with us but no she was rude to everyone. I know it’s early but there’s no reason to be rude to people who haven’t done anything to you. To be working in a place where you have to talk to people and help them out she was super dry and rude."

"Diego And Kemma were Trying to help me figure out my check situation. However Diego said I would have to wait 10 minutes after I already was there waiting 15 20 minutes. My friend asked how much they would charge me and when I found out how much of 4.5% would be I said no thank you I would like my check back, Diego snatched up my stuff and tossed it in the little cubby area. Kemma failed to communicate what was going on with my check while she had attitude and did not respond when I asked questions. Poor Service Indeed. Will not recommend people to go to this Amscot by any means."

"Rose is a terrible employee. When it comes to efficiency she is not who you want to be assisted by far as wasting time and getting nothing done she’s great I went there and wasted over an hour trying to get a money order processed and she couldn’t do that for me literally wasted all my time and made me late and I couldn’t get my process taken care of anywhere else because how long she took only to reject me for no reason when I asked why she couldn’t process my money order she told me she couldn’t do it at this time no reason specifically."
