"The store manager has failed to provide any customer service experience after being a faithful on time paying customer. Everything about relationship or any ethical form of de-escalation was instantaneously thrown out the window when no intention of service was expressed. With a very dry, sharp, and hostile tonality; manager Lillian Salcedo is not deserving of role of manager after demonstrating very poor service. The store is in dire need of a Human Resource review after how unprofessional and distasteful this experience was. Apparently, no book keeping of confirmation of paid loans is tracked on Amscot’s end, only a receipt once given to you and that’s it. With a pretty flawed system, and the manager skipping the important step of verifying who I am besides legal name, she has failed to ask security questions such as: last four of social and or proof of address to see if this was truly me; as well as my phone number. You would think this would be common security procedures, but no; she just took my name and rolled with it. They lost me, and this is how they lose valued customers, never again with this location. Dreadful."

"Needed to send a couple western unions to my family over seas. It was an urgent matter. Visiting this place and experiencing the 40 minute wait in line made it even more frustrating. Went straight to publix and did it in 4 minutes. They either need more employees ir team members that’ll prioritize clients more.."
"If I could give zero stars I would. If they work as much as they talk it would be amazing. I am here for more than 25 minutes at the cashier just waiting for a money order. They picked the money , gave a paper to sign and went to talk to other people. It’s frustrating the lack of customer service. Go somewhere else."
