"My honest review of this store is sadly not positive. First off: staffing is very limited. Only one agent was available for 5 people standing by. The customer service isn’t the worst I’ve seen, but it was not good customer service by any means. The agent that was assisting me was either novice or maybe frustrated from being over worked. She told me my check was void because it was past 180 days. She sadly didn’t even bother doing simple math to figure out it had only been about 110 days since I had received the check. It was a simple $80 check that was cashed the day after at my own financial institution. On top of that, after incorrectly telling me my check was void, she started asking me about prices for AirPods and which was the best option, because she found out I worked for apple. I’m sorry but that is just poor customer service. Get your act together guys, you can do better. This is purely constructive and I do hope there comes some good change from this negative review."

"Awful, after long time waiting they say they dont do what i needed, they could ask 30 minutes earlier, just saying, just go to the window and that way it looks like everyone is getting help, 1 attendant for 10 costum"

"Horrible service .. The gentleman who attended me had a grumpy face, you can tell he was annoyed. He through the booklet , he threw the reminder card they give you instead of just placing them down. Lucky for me there is a glass otherwise he would've thrown it to my face . Pedro is a rude employee! If he doesn't like his job go somewhere else where you don't have to deal with ppl."

"Terrible customer service! Both workers wanting to rush to leave at 9 & I had came in at 8. Didn't help me correctly or wasn't even understanding, the whole time they were rushing & when 7 people came in, they helped them first & left me on the side for last! Then saying that I didn't have papers they need & they are about to close to come back tomorrow when I was getting everything they needed at that moment. Even called the supervisor to complain but yet was not there to help me. Definitely not coming back, they don't know how to give proper service. Shouldn't even rate this 1 star."
